Capitec Bank's products and services include savings and investment accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and transactional banking services such as account management, online banking, and mobile banking. The bank is known for its innovative, customer-centric approach to banking, and its commitment to making banking more accessible and affordable to people from all walks of life.

It is a creative thinking approach that encourages individuals or groups to think outside the box and come up with original, unconventional ideas and solutions.
This type of thinking was used in brainstorming sessions and was a useful tool for fostering creativity, breaking out of established patterns, and generating fresh perspectives.
