The Self Care will provide instant access to the current usage (voice, data and SMS) and the usage summary, allowing customers to keep track of their usage on an as-needed basis.
The Self Care will provide easy access to MTN-CI products and services. Customers have the flexibility to change their tariff plans and subscribe to new value-added services without any waiting period.
The Self Care will provide hassle-free online direct top-up of customer accounts and recharge the account.
